Do try and think about, for example, the materials your item is manufactured with, the human rights of the employees where they're made and the green credentials of retailers. Was last in Meknes in October, and had one in your honour! I'm sitting here now thinking of the cool old couple in R'cif in the Fez medina who make divine harsha and serve it with a big dollop of quince jelly. And I'm getting hungry...
